These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, govern the relationship between Cedar Tree and you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

“Cedar Tree,” “us,” or “we” refers to Cedar Tree Hospitality, trading as Cedar Tree Catering, whose registered place of business is Al Quoz, Street 21 9b, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “You” refers to the visitor or user of this website.

1. General information

All information and content listed on this website — including menus, pricing indications, service descriptions, and imagery — is for general information purposes only and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Photographs of dishes and events are representative and may vary from the actual food or setup provided, depending on seasonality, availability, and the specifics of your event.

2. Cookies

Menu items, availability, and pricing for corporate or private catering are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

5. Use at your own risk

Your use of materials or information sourced from this website is at your own risk, and Cedar Tree is not liable for reliance placed on it. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the services described meet your requirements before submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or confirming a booking. Any booking, quotation, or catering service is separately governed by the specific written agreement, quote, or order confirmation issued to you by Cedar Tree.

6. Online orders through Click & Eat

Where you place an order through our “Click & Eat” online ordering feature, the following additional conditions apply:

  • The minimum order value is AED 700, excluding 5% VAT.
  • Assorted requests within a dozen of any item cannot be accommodated — all items within a dozen will be the same.
  • The minimum order quantity is one dozen per item; orders below this amount cannot be accommodated.
  • Delivery is currently only available within the Dubai area.
  • Discounts are not available on pick-up orders.
  • Food should be consumed within a maximum of 2.5 hours of delivery, kept at the correct temperature.

Online payments made through Click & Eat are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway supporting major cards (Visa, Mastercard). We do not store your full card details on our systems.

7. Intellectual property

All materials on this website are either owned by or licensed to Cedar Tree, including but not limited to graphics, photography, logos, menus, layout, and design. Reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Cedar Tree.

Any trademarks reproduced on this website that are not the property of, or licensed to, Cedar Tree are acknowledged accordingly. Unauthorised use of this website, or of any content on it, may give rise to a claim for damages and/or may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Third-party links and content

Cedar Tree may place external third-party links on this website (including links to our social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and our WhatsApp contact button) for the convenience and benefit of visitors. Such links do not constitute an endorsement of the linked website or its content, and we do not accept responsibility for the content of any third-party website.

9. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry, quote request, or contact form through this website does not itself constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing (including by email) between you and Cedar Tree, including agreement on menu, guest numbers, pricing, and event details.

10. Governing law

Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
